Sandra and Harry talk about the Group

Facilitators

Sandra Camarena, G B.PSYCH

Sandra Headshot.jpg

Sandra Camarena G B.PSYCH has been diving into humanistic psychology and wellbeing from an unconventional perspective since she graduated in 2012 in her natal Mexico. She has found a free space to explore the human experience with certificates in existencial dialogue and postmodern thanatology but most of her nutritious perspective comes from her 8 years of nomadic life, her experiences with chamanism and symbolic tools such as astrology, archetype work, herbalism and more…

She considers herself as a “libre sentipensadora” which will translate to something like: “free feel-thinker”

Nature is her Muse. Sandra blooms on the richness of her human experience and deeply promotes SELF-HEALING because she considers that the more tools a person has, the more capable we are to accompany ourselves in the complex and rich adventure of life.

She believes we can be our worst enemies or our best allies, therefore shadow integration is part of transforming the contradictory, the caos, the conflict and the uncomfortable in a fertile space for both self growth and for the construction of genuine human relationships which embrace the full spectrum of human emotion as a powerful gift we were given.

Harry Neff, M.Ed.

Harry Neff, M.Ed. lives in Spokane, Washington where he has developed as a clinical mental heath therapist and now offers a variety of services including consultation, life coaching, therapeutic groups, workshops and retreats. Harry's work is rooted in the concept developed by attachment researcher Daniel Siegel, who talks about how a child is born into the world hardwired for experiences of security. We are born into the world ready to feel safe, empowered, delighted in, soothed, attuned to, and nurtured.  When we don't get that, it is deeply painful and it understandably creates protective patterns that although they help us deal with unmet needs, they end up being unhelpful in the end. The good news is that it is never too late to change these patterns and have what is called "earned security" through connecting to security and getting in touch with the reality of both our infinite worth and our pain with compassion. "The cure for pain, is in the pain." -Rumi

Harry brings a wealth of experience, honesty, and care. He is passionate about helping people find their way into greater fulfillment. He is also "just another jerk on the bus", meaning he brings a deep humility to his work, knowing that you are the one, not him, who holds the answers to your growth and evolution.

He considers it a profound honor to be able to support others in their work!
